We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction when fulfilling orders at Nutritional Resources, Inc. We offer a wide range of quality products for various needs. However, we understand there are times when the products ordered may not be quite what you were looking for and returns are required. We are happy to exchange products and cover the costs involved if the error was on our end. If the order is not what you wanted or needed, please read on for further return options and information.
Our return policy varies depending on the type of products being returned.
All products must be returned within ten days of receipt for an exchange of equal value or a payment refund.
If you receive glass products that are damaged or broken, please contact Customer Service at 800-867-7353, for return instructions.
Shipping, Handling & Other Applicable Return Fees
Shipping fees will be included as part of your refund if there was an error on our part related to your order. If the order simply does not meet your needs, then it is your responsibility to cover all shipping, handling, insurance and other return fees that may be incurred when returning products.
We do not accept liquid herbs or supplements that have been opened or have broken and/or missing seals. Any products returned will result in a $5 per item restocking fee.
Books & Charts
Books & charts must be in the original packaging if applicable and in a saleable condition.
Professional supplies and products must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Due to their chemical nature, we cannot accept returns on any of the four solutions offered through Nutritional Resources, Inc. The solutions we currently carry are Nitrate Test Solution, Ammonia Test Solution, Conductivity Reference Solution and Universal Extracting Solution.

The items being returned will need to include a copy of the invoice.
Packaging a Return
When possible, all products should be returned in the original package they were shipped in. Be sure to remove or cover all existing labels on the box you are using to return products in. The only label that should be on the box is the label being used to return the products.
Packing the Product
If you are returning products that are glass or liquid, adequate packing materials will help ensure that they will not be broken in transit. All glass products should be wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with packing peanuts or comparable materials. Books that may or may not be pre-sealed should also be wrapped. This will help ensure that the covers, pages and bindings do not become bent, warped, ripped or damaged in any way. All other products should be properly secured and packed with the materials they were shipped with.

A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 10 days from the date the products were purchased.

A. Yes, the products need to be returned unopened in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

A. If there was an error on our part related to your order, shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Q. How will my payment be refunded after I’ve returned the products?
A. A refund will either be given in the form of a store credit for future orders or to the original form of payment.
Q. How soon can I expect to see the charges reimbursed to my account after I have returned the products?
A. Your account will be credited after we have received the items. This process can take up to fifteen days.
Q. How do I return products?
A. Products may be returned directly to the store or shipped to the store. If you are shipping products back to the store, we recommend using a traceable method, like UPS or insuring your package since we cannot refund or replace an item that we did not receive. We do not refund insurance costs.
Q. Is there a restocking fee on returned products?
A. We do not charge a restocking fee on returned products.
